Astounding Poll Finds 64% of Voters Wrote In “Alex Jones” for Senate

History was made this past Tuesday when, for the first time ever, a written in candidate was elected to the Senate.

Alex Jones of the well reputed website Infowars, has previously made the news due to his conflicts with various social media platforms. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter all canceled his accounts due to his “extremist” ideals. Millions of Americans were outraged, and it showed in the 2018 Midterm Elections, with over 64% of voters writing in his name.

This is also the first time anyone has been elected to either house of Congress representing multiple states. Since such a large amount of people voted for Alex Jones, he will take 21 of the 33 seats available. It is unknown how Senator Jones will manage to sit in each of these seated at once, but it is expected to look like this:

Given Jones’s far right stance, Democrats are naturally outraged. Newly appointed speaker of the House released a statement this morning.

“It’s hard to believe that something like this could happen. With Democratic control of the house, we plan to do all we can to get this man out of office”.

The White House held a press conference this morning as well, with President Trump showing his approval of the election results.

“It was disappointing to see the Republicans lose the House, but I am very happy to see the Senate in such good hands. Of course, the left will never accept Senator Jones. But, the people have clearly spoken, and I will definitely be trying to keep him in power.”
