In a press release last Sunday, the Travel Safety Administration released exciting news. “Recent advancements in previously confidential technology have proven successful, and we are pleased to announce that on January 1st, 2019, all airports will be equipped with our new ATAS systems, removing the need for long waits at security checkpoints.”
The ATAS, or Anti-Terrorist Activity System, works by both analyzing the brainwaves of all persons entering the airport, and sub-sequentially altering the brainwaves, giving a “mind control” effect. The following info-graphic displays how the technology works:
Of course, this new technology has raised an important question: is it moral to take control of people minds? The TSA released a tweet in response:

Even with this small conflict, the potential for the ATAS is incredible. With an undisclosed Middle Eastern facility monitoring and controlling all people withing airports and on planes, terrorism is expected to be reduced to an all time low.
The Department of Defense expects that the numbers represented above will be achieved by mid 2019.
